     The main duties of Market Department are to provide the latest information on int- ernational professional exhibitions or fairs for manufacturers and foreign trade compa- nies ,to select the exhibitions suitable for their own products, to provide global mar- ket information for exhibitioners, and to offer various assistance to the exhibitioner- s. Our commitment is to assist exhibitioners with all our efforts to develop the global market.

International Planning Department

     The main duties of International Planning Department are to provide the services o f contact, planning, and organization of international professional exhibitions or fai- rs, and coordination with foreign agencies, advertisement during exhibition, visa appl- ic ation, schedule plan, reception and participation procedures etc. We are aimed at p- rovi ding best services for exhibitioners, making the exhibition more economic, more c- onvenient and more effective.

International Commercial Visit Department

     International Commercial Visit Department is mainly engaged in the reception and a -rrangement of the visit by China delegations to such regions as USA, Canada, South Am- erica and Middle East. We will provide the services of contact and invitation proceedi- ngs, schedule plan and ticketing, accommodations and meal, as well as airport reception and coordination of the visits.

Storage & Transportation Department

     Storage & Transportation Department will provide the services of exhibition artic- les transportation, consultation of transportation, customs clearance, documentations p -reparation, coordinating for entry and exit of exhibition articles etc. We can also p- rovide more customized services, including door-to-door transportation, less than cont- ainer load (LCL), multimodal transportation, bond on cargo etc.
